SAFETY: We have ADT alarm system and 24-hour outside camera monitoring.

PROPERTY QUALITY: Look closely at interior and exterior pictures.

PRIVACY: We are the most secluded property, with lighted private backyard garden area, firepit with seating under grapevines, corn hole area and putting green!

There is no property in the Stadium Village area that comes close to the superb location and private outside gathering area as “The Villa on Meridian”.

1) Victorian Home: Sleeps 14. Two full floors, 4 BR, 3 bath. Designer kitchen, washer/dryer. The Villa House has access to the Penthouse, if both are rented together, via a door on the second floor of the House.

2) Penthouse: Sleeps 8. 2 BR, 3 bath, stand-alone home. Full kitchen, washer/dryer.

3) Carriage House: Sleeps 8. 2 BR, 3 bath, stand-alone home. Full kitchen, washer/dryer.

4) You can also rent all three. This is listed as “Entire Property”.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES ARE FIXED

Check IN: Any time after 3:00 pm (Strict). We provide one hour earlier than standard (4:00) to allow for the potential for early check in requests.

Check OUT: Before 12:00 pm (Strict). We provide one hour later than standard (11:00), to accommodate in advance for late check out requests.

Please do not ask for exceptions. We try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, however we cannot alter check-in and check-out times. The above times are non-negotiable. This allows ample time to make thoroughly clean and sanitize before and after your stay. If our times do not work for your trip, it would be best to locate another location that can accommodate your needs.

BOOKING FEES

Each booking platform handles rates and booking fees independently. Booking platforms offer consumer protections, while booking via the host may offer other benefits. You can learn more about our properties at Indy Luxury Rentals and The Villa on Meridian.

How Booking Platforms List Fees

If you book via our website, your quote will show a “cleaning fee” and a “damage waiver fee”. If you book via a booking platform, some list these fees separately, while others may combine these fees, or add one of the fees to the nightly rate.

Damage Waiver Fee

Instead of offering/requiring you to buy trip insurance, we have a "damage waiver fee". This fee covers unintentional damage of a minor nature that might occur during your stay.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

If a Damage Deposit applies, it covers any significant damage that might occur, that is considered beyond potential minor, unintentional damage that would normally be covered by the "damage waiver fee”.
